I have a beautiful apartment in Javea, Spain (currently rented out) mortgage free and also a Grade 2 listed terraced 3 bed house in Sevenoaks, Kent, also mortgage free. Unfortunately I am property rich, cash poor. I am of the opinion that people in a recession can become richer. I would value your opinions or agree to appear in one of your shows to prove this point.

Are these really Phil's tips, seems to me that they are just the standard tips available on every single site relating to housing. Bottom line people are not so stupid you need to tell them to rent out a room etc etc, c'mon give the people something worth reading. Very Poor.
